Focus began its 19th year
January, 2008. Elizabeth Knerr, president of PC Focus, founded
the company in January 1990. Liz has been in the computer training
business for over twenty years and continues to run the business with
most of the philosophies that sparked this career many years ago.
Liz is committed to quality in the classroom and creating a fun and
productive learning environment. Our guarantee is 100%, and we stand
behind this guarantee. Liz teaches many of the upper level workshops
and provides custom sales automation training for our corporate clients
in addition to other customized seminars. This hands-on approach
enables PC Focus to stay current and innovative.
Our in-house database has
grown to include over 13,000 clients. Our business is built upon repeat
customers and word of mouth. We work very hard at maintaining our
existing business relationships and are always looking for new
partnerships with new customers.
We have changed our training
strategy and focus tremendously. We do not offer "public" classes
as we have in the past. We may offer some higher level public
classes but they will be announced as offered. Our focus is now on
smaller classes, fewer hours, less topics covered over a period of time,
a continued education concept, and much more. Please call
